Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure that you select the correct size and color before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us before purchasing.

 

Shipping Details


We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, which includes:

USPS Tracking for real-time updates on your package.$50 of insurance coverage for most shipments (restrictions may apply).


Processing Time:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


Delivery Address:

Your package will be sent to the exact address entered during checkout. Please double-check your address, including apartment or suite numbers, to avoid delays or additional shipping fees.

Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over the delivery process. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.


Tracking Information:


Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address you provided. This will allow you to track your package in real-time.
